1 This websites futurecraft.co.uk, paulfairhurst.co.uk and strengths-coaching.co.uk (the “Websites”) are the websites of Paul Fairhurst.
2 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Websites. Please read the Terms carefully. By continuing to access and use the Websites you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms.

4.1 Whilst Paul Fairhurst shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Websites are normally available at all times, Paul Fairhurst will not be liable if for any reason whatsoever the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
4.2 Access to the Websites may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of Paul Fairhurst.

6 Computer Viruses
Whilst Paul Fairhurst uses reasonable endeavours to protect this Websites from computer viruses, worms, and Trojan Horses (the “Viruses”), Paul Fairhurst does not warrant that the Websites are free from Viruses and accepts no liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of Viruses via the Websites or via any files which are available for you to download from the Website.
